After moving to Chicago in 2015, Lo worked in a commission salon for three years and decided to move on to booth rental in 2018. After learning about Destroy The Hairdresser from a friend, she became a student; the rest is history. Lo now owns Strange Bird Salon Central & Strange Bird Salon East in Austin and teaches haircutting classes to students and salons around the country with The Left Brain Group. Lo currently resides in Austin, Texas, coaching students worldwide on Destroy The Hairdresser methods.
